Degree in Psychology from the Pontifical University - Colombia (title approved by the Argentine Ministry of Education). My professional career began in 2008 with great challenges in the Human Resources area, researching, coordinating and leading human management processes that have given me gratifying teachings and love for the task. With experience in work and organizational psychology in various sectors and countries, I have been trained in multicultural and exciting environments. From the beginning I have led studies and research to improve the well-being of workers, consolidated processes in the Human Resources area, prepared and implemented safety plans, managed and consolidated training plans, among other experiences. Since 2019 I began a path of personal transformation in which I discovered the wonderful world of mindfulness and how significant it is for everyday life. In 2020 I immersed myself with dedication to understand and integrate my transformation, discovering that my purpose is to share this resource with love, accompanying others in the search to connect with what is essential. It motivates me to serve others with love and contribute to their well-being. My focus is at the service of the other, contributing to the recovery of well-being, to improve health and quality of life.
