PAULA POSSE

Degree in Psychology, Specialist in Work and Organizations graduated from the National University of Córdoba. With more than 15 years of experience and solid training in Psychodiagnosis. In 2002 I began my career in consulting and research, then I dedicated myself to occupational psychodiagnosis mainly in private and public health fields. I have coordinated, developed and led exciting and innovative teams and projects. I went through an enriching experience in Human Resources founding, developing and leading the area and its processes. Advised managers in organizational development. In the last time I immersed myself in the exciting universe of healthy organizations and I put myself at the service of personal and organizational well-being. The activity that comforts my soul is helping people overcome adversity and unfold their potential. It makes me vibrate the capacity of (complex) human systems to transform themselves before any reality creating continuous learning. My resources and my being are at the service of contributing to create happy childhoods, full lives and healthy work spaces.
